There are many great restaurants nearby, such as Escoba, just a short walk away, and we loved the rooms, food, and consistent prices here.

The hotel is situated in a prime residential area, close to the center of Athens. Guests can enjoy the well manicured gardens and peaceful surroundings. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with modern amenities. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the staff is polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel also has a swimming pool and a pub with character. the location and ambiance of the hotel make it a favorable choice for business travelers.
One aspect that could be improved is the availability of hot water, as some guests experienced issues.

get away from busy city in luxury environment
for business, too far away from centre. Look well where you need to go, traffic in Athens is heavy.

Comfortable rooms with nice decorations. Located in a quiet and upscale area with easy access to bars and nightlife.- Friendly and helpful staff.
Poor table service in restaurants and terrace, staff lacks attentiveness. Inconsistent Wi-Fi reception, only available in certain areas.

The hotel had a decent location, close to the city center and some lovely restaurants. the staff was quite friendly and made an effort to help us with our requests. the room was clean and spacious, with some good amenities- the pool being the best of all.
The hotel was overpriced for what it was, particularly the food. Breakfast was disappointing, with slow service and a limited selection.

Their breakfast used to be excellent. It deteriorated so much that we won't go there again. Their dinners used to be very enjoyable. Now the food is pitiful.

. The staff were freindly and accommadating .
The hotel was very nice however for me it had a very big flaw in that i requested a non smaoking room , which it was however the room next to me , the guest never stopped smoking and my room was continiously affect by the smell and stench of smoke and cigarrets . I am currently now staying at the Theoxenia further down and i am happy to say that my problem has been solved. I hope my comments will assist you in providing your quests with a better service. The TV also needs to be upgraded , difficult to watch TV with snow.

location
Lazy staff, swimming pool was off limits because they did not want to serve there on weekdays. The bathroom had half a curtain very difficult to take a shower. No side table on both sides of bed. No stationary in desk. Extra pillows no slips. And this was a suite not a regular room. Not to my standards

Nice architecture, friendly staff, good service. Excellent location at Kiffisia (Northern suburb) area of Athens, close to nice shops & cafes.
Bathrooms: Strength of the water flow at the shower was poor, decoration getting quite old. Heating in the room: Was sometimes cold and no option to sufficiently increase the temperature. Would have complained if I was with my family. This was my second stay and I remember my first stay was nicer than this one.
